I think it would have been interesting to note the sizes of the different shoes...and to see whether any of them come in a size larger than 42, UK9...anyone else out there sick of not being able to buy shoes that fit? I tried on every style of boot in the outdoor shop the other day; none of the womens' shoes were big enough, whereas the mens' shoes are all the wrong shape and don't hold the heel properly. Grrrrr
