From Flab to Fab: Tone Up in 15 Minutes

  • Slowly roll down spine onto your left side, extending legs and reaching arms overhead, palms in.
  • Slowly reverse motion to return to V-sit. Repeat on right to complete 1 rep.
  • Do 2 sets of 10 reps.

I am not sure these exercises should be considered plyometric...Plyometric exercises incorporate explosive jump training deigned to increase power. Some good examples of true plyo training jump squats and box jumps.
