Fight Flab in 15 Minutes

Five exercises designed to prevent flab and fight gravity at any age.

Standing Twist

What you'll need: A large bath or beach towel

Targets: Arms, core, legs

  • Stand with feet together, left foot on towel, one end in each hand.
  • Pull on towel and lift left leg straight in front of you.
  • Grab ends with right hand and twist torso to left, extending left arm out to side at shoulder level.
  • Hold for 10 seconds; lower. Switch sides; repeat.
  • Do 5 reps on each side.

However, it is very annoying to not be able to download or print the workout...printing for my exercise area. "Slide shows" are ineffective, time wasters and not user friendly. Copy-paste is not only old school but it is time waster bc of the required reformatting.
