-- Maintaining position, lunge right foot forward to outside of right hand.
-- Balancing on hands, jump feet off floor and switch them in midair, bringing left foot to outside of left hand and extending right leg behind you.
-- MAKE IT EASIER: Lunge right foot forward, and then instead of jumping, step it back to start position; repeat with left foot.
-- Continue alternating feet.

12/30/2011 03:19:05 PM Report AbuseThese are probably just mountain climbers but at a more difficult level where you are bringing your foot all the way up to your hand outside your elbow instead of mountain climbers where your knees are to your chest. hope this helps.
