I agree with williams.kimj, in that you can't spot reduce through exercise. (That can only be done by liposuction). But how else would they get our attention. :)
5/13/2013 01:41:21 PM Report AbuseProbably works for youngsters, certainly not my clientele. I object to the introduction about "blasting bulges" anyway. We should all know you can't Spot Reduce. Losing weight can tone your body, but hip exercises won't make your hips smaller. Not very accurate.
