  • Step forward with right leg, crossing it over left thigh and rotating torso to right.
  • Continue cat walk for 1 minute, keeping posture tall.

Trainer's Tip: To really work obliques, exaggerate the opposing movements of upper and lower body: With each step, shoulders rotate in one direction and hips rotate in opposite direction.
