For the over 50. Im 49 an ate what I wanted not really a big eater to beguin with eat lot fruits an vegs an walk about 1hr to 1hr 30 mins a morning an stopped going to bars an drinking all together lost 24 lbs in 3 months.

There is no age limit to working out. Just do what you can, consistently, and you will see the difference in your health and your attitude.
