Targets: Abs, obliques, butt, and inner thighs

  • Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes turned out 45 degrees.
  • Bring hands to touch behind head, elbows bent out to sides, and lower into a sumo squat.

There is no explanation how to do the "AFTER" picture in the post walk exercises, nor is there any number of times or duration of these exercises.
