A Prenatal Cardio Workout That's Safe for Both Mom and Baby

Prenatal fitness can be somewhat of a mystery, and there always seems to be controversy surrounding what's okay to continue doing and what needs to wait. Before you know it, burpees and push-ups aren't the accessible exercises they used to be, and running may or may not be out the window.

So what can you do to stay fit while keeping your growing bundle healthy? This workout, that's what. (After you get the green light from your doctor, of course.) Jaime McFaden developed a prenatal cardio class that's low-impact; designed for those days when you have extra energy to work up a sweat. You won't need any equipment, and you'll do each move for about 30 seconds before moving onto the next.
