This looks like it would be great but example videos would be helpful since the directions seem lacking and the amount of reps or length of time holing the pose would be beneficial as well

how can i add these workouts routine to my fitness tracker?

is it me or are each of these poses missing half the instructions. Given that I know most of these poses and how to get from before to after, I can figure it out, but shouldn't the description include the entire process?? smooth fitness.
