The commercial was longer than the instructions for the exercise! And I don't really want to sit through that potato video each time I want to see a demo. Is there a way to skip it? Could all of the exercises be in one video?
The slideshow provides the number of reps per exercise but not how many times the circuit should be completed? One, twice, thrice? It does mention that it is a 15 munite workout though! Who knows?
Very nice workout, but it can not be a complete solution for your needs. What is needed for slim, fit, healthy, and sexy body is a good program and a strong will to follow it. I recommend Flavia Del Monte's excellent system. I followed it and still following , and the results are really positive. I lost 15 lbs. , have slim, sexy body with a flat abs, with lean feminine muscles. Try it regularly and you will be happy with the results for sure. http://flaviafitness.info

looks great. simple moves but not lacking in toning and cardio. the only thing missing is the number of reps or how much time should be spent on each move.
What we need is to be able to save this workout somehow. I'd like to be able to sign into Fitness & see my saved articles. Sooo wish you folks could work on this for us! I'd happily log in every day! :o)

Vicky, it sounds like you're not eating enough and your metabolism is saving everything to survive. Eat some healthy snacks in between meals and I bet your weight will start dropping. Same with me and my dr kept thinking I must be diabetic. I changed doctors and found I make too much insulin (which stores fat), so my sugar would drop to stupid low levels.I quit eating sugar, the insulin reduced, I ate more protein, and the weight started dropping. Hope that helps!
I am 47 yrs old have been working out for the past ten million years but haven't really lost weight. I am from the Philippines. I don't drink sodas. I exercise for at least 20 mins. for 6 days. I am not a diabetic. But I am always hungry...like get dizzy hungry... I am still gaining weight. What should I be doing?
