Work Up to 3 Sets
- Lie facedown on a step that has four risers on each side.
- Let your legs hang off the back with your hands folded in front of you, forearms resting on the floor.
- Cross your ankles and lift both legs off the floor to step height or slightly higher.
- Hold for 2 counts, then lower to starting position.
- Repeat 10 times.
