b. Pressing into right foot, lift left leg out to side, foot flexed, and raise right arm out to side at shoulder level, keeping body centered. Lower into lunge. Do 10 reps. Switch sides; repeat.

There is a part a and part b so if you are only looking at a then you only see half the instructions.
How come all the exercises seem to be the same every issue?
As with the previous exercise...there are instructions missing.
