No, it's not missing, but it's confusing. You have to click on the picture to see the rest of the instructions including the part b.
I agree with lisayeadon...some instructions seem to be missing from this exercise as well as other exercises Fitness has provided...(i.e., 15 min. arms & ab routine)
Is there something missing to the instructions? Looks like there should be a part b.
