I believe most of the work can be done in your own home, with Plyometric Workouts and Bodyweight Workouts. There are a couple of good systems reviewed at: http://improve-your-vertical-leap.com/plyometric-workouts/ and http://getting-rid-of-abdominal-fat.com/workouts-without-weights/ Check them out - they can't hurt!
