Challenge your triceps with this move from Michele Olson, Ph.D., professor of exercise science at Auburn University in Montgomery, Alabama.

  • Sit on floor with both hands on a medicine ball behind you, feet flat.
  • Raise hips and bend elbows about 90 degrees.
  • Then extend arms to press up.
  • Complete a total of 8 to 10 reps.
