Target Your Triceps
Challenge your triceps with this move from Michele Olson, Ph.D., professor of exercise science at Auburn University in Montgomery, Alabama.
- Sit on floor with both hands on a medicine ball behind you, feet flat.
- Raise hips and bend elbows about 90 degrees.
- Then extend arms to press up.
- Complete a total of 8 to 10 reps.
