How to Tone Up Flabby, Jell-O Arms
Answer: Unfortunately, you can't change your genes, but regularly using your triceps will keep them looking their best, says New York City-based exercise physiologist Marcus Minier. Try workouts that require you to use your triceps, such as tennis, kickboxing, or skiing. "Make sure you choose activities that you'll enjoy doing for the long haul," says Minier.
In addition, he suggests varying your strength-training moves to target different angles of your triceps so you'll work them more completely by the end of the week. For example, do kickbacks on Monday, dips on Wednesday, and triceps extensions on Friday.
