I love to get on my stepper, and I've recently lost 28 pounds by eating healthier and using the stepper. However, my arms "jiggle" and I just love the idea of using my 3 pound weights on each hand and rotate my wrists while I use my stepper. WOW. What an awesome idea you gave me of rotating my wrists with my weights. I promise I won't overdo it. How many repetitions should I do during my stepper work out?
