Obliques with a Twist

This core-toning obliques variation will trim your love handles in no time.

Tone your core in a flash and give special attention to your love handles with this move from Michelle Dozois, instructor on the 10 Minute Solution Carb & Calorie Burner DVD.

Work up to three sets of 10:

  • Begin in the upward phase of a push-up.
  • Exhale and turn both knees to the left.
  • Inhale to straighten legs.
  • Repeat on opposite side.

It would be nice if you had the exercise above along with one would be easier for some that are not in that good of shape who are starting out.
