How I Feel Now

Between these workouts, Spinning at SoulCycle classes, and adjusting my diet, I lost 12 pounds and three inches from my waist in four weeks. And I've kept it up: I now easily fit into a size 27 jean, when I previously struggled to get into a 30.

How I Feel Now

The workouts are fun, and I'm more than happy about the one and a half inches I lost without even dieting. After noticing how much I've changed in such a short time, I can't wait to see how I look in six months.
