Flat Abs Now! The Inchworm Push-Up

Try this "inchworm" push-up move to sculpt your abs and stretch your body.

Sculpt your abs and stretch your body with this move from Christa Pryor, a trainer at the Sports Club at Chelsea Piers in New York City.

Work Up to Three Sets

  • Start in a full push-up position.
  • Do one push-up; lift hips and slowly walk feet toward hands while keeping knees straight.
  • Next, inch hands away from toes as you return to start.
  • Complete 10 reps.
