How do you create the ideal belly-flattening routine? You start with a short list of exercises that have been proved in the lab and then hand them to a fitness pro to give them a little twist. "These nine moves not only work your core from the front, back, and sides, but they are also adjustable to any level," says Chelsey Korus, an instructor for YogaWorks studios in New York City, who adapted this seriously cinching session for FITNESS.
The synergy of doing a workout that strengthens your entire core also means extra support for your spine and more power when you do everything, including playing tennis and pushing a stroller. All you'll need is a pair of yoga blocks, such as Gaiam's Yoga Essentials Blocks ($21 a pair, gaiam.com) and a towel. Aim to do three sessions a week on nonconsecutive days.

I am using now an excellent diet and exercise program created by Kyle Leon. In this program you first find out a customized, unique, anabolic nutrition program for you according to your body type. Then you learn easy proper exercise programs to build and get ripped muscles. 5/21/2012 11:45:45 AM Report AbuseGreat information on this page, useless website. Not sure why all the links that don't work or what the purpose is, I've wasted a lot of time trying to get to the plan and is impossible. NOT a really great way to build trust, loyalty and confidence from the readers.

4/10/2012 06:12:29 PM Report AbusePlease take the time to revamp your website. It is totally unusable. Every time I click on something I get re-routed. Still have not been successful in being able to watch the video of the core exercises in the recent issue. Called and alerted them that the link didn't work and 10 days later still has the problem. Too bad it could be a great resource but I just don't have the time or the patience.
4/4/2012 07:30:17 AM Report AbuseI AGREE IT ALWAYS TAKE YOU TO SOME OTHER AD OR PLACE NEVER WHAT YOU CLICK ON SUPER IRRITATING!!!!!!!!!!!
4/3/2012 08:56:29 PM Report AbuseCongratulations to the tester's that's a great accomplishment. I would like to see more women my age as testers. The oldest tester is 34, I'm 18 years older. Just because i'm past 50 doesn't mean I'm not interested in trying to be fit and healthy. Too much in this magazine is for younger women I would like to see more for older women too. I would be a test subject for the older generation. Pati
4/3/2012 10:58:39 AM Report AbuseThis looks like a great ab workout, however, beware. Core workouts will thicken the trunk with extra muscle(which is usually the place with the thickest subcutaneous fat. I'd recommend saving core workouts for when the waist is small and instead do leg workouts, interval training, and other workouts like those. http://ezinearticles.com/?Just-Want-To-Lose-Belly-Fat?-Why-Spot-Reduction-Methods-Are-Silly&id=6782311 I am an online personal trainer with www.YourOnlineFitnessTrainer.com
4/2/2012 01:34:56 PM Report AbuseDITO, DITO, DITO! I'm a Fitness Subscriber. I came here (using the link printed in my article) to get the plan so I didn't have to rip the page out of my magazine to carry it with me. IMPOSSIBLE. I also got routed all over to places I didn't want to be. This was my 2nd trip and I doubt I'll come back. I never did find what I wanted and a slide show type presentation was so NOT what I was looking for! You should go check out the Women's Health website, it's actually usable.
3/19/2012 04:32:42 PM Report AbuseI love this page ... access to photos & videos. BUT I HATE the bs this site puts me through & the utter lack of sign-posing/acknowledgment of my info clicks. I just clicked on GET THE COMPLETE PLAN, INCLUDING DIET and get delivered to some page with ads on it that is NOT what I asked for/have the right to expect, and what's worse, doesn't tell me HOW TO GET what I came for.
