  • Lie faceup on floor with knees bent, feet flat, holding a single dumbbell with both hands so that arms are extended directly behind head.

These exercises are difficult to visualize - isn't it possible to post a quick video of what these exercises look like? Also, I didn't realize there were additional instructions to go along with the "after" slides until I was 3/4 of the way done with the slides.
