I am told that I look so thin but I am 76 years old and when I look at my upper arms and legs, I see how this wrinkled (loss of elasticity) skin and I want to scream. Just six years ago, I had smooth thighs and arms but as I am told because of age and lack of estrogen, those problems remain a woman's curse no matter how thin she is, or how much exercise she does. Oh, to be a man; they have no problems like us women
