I've pretty much cut out potatoes, fatty meats, deli meats, carbonated beverages and wine (sigh!). I have substituted these items for fresh fruits and vegetables, low fat diary, fish, eggs and lots of fiber. I am walking 2 miles 3 times per week and the weight is finally dropping away. I feel full and satisfied and have lots more energy!
