"Pack items in your purse like whole wheat crackers, baby carrots, nuts, and fruit," says Cynthia Pasquella, CCN, CHLC, CWC, and a celebrity nutritionist. "Eating snacks regularly will prevent you from crashing later and reaching for something sugary."'
