FAVORITE HEALTHY SNACK: I always feel like munching at night, so I steam edamame or air-pop popcorn, drizzle it with a little olive oil, and add a bit of sea salt.

8/2/2011 01:46:32 PM Report AbuseHey gotta have the popcorn. I too have a hard time with night time snacking. I find eating an apple with cinnamon on it and of course popcorn is filling too. Don't forget the water. Keep up the great work.
