Sweet Success
Now, a year and a half after she started her weight-loss journey, Jill is a size 2. She ran her first half-marathon in June and has become a health-club regular, taking Spinning classes and working at the gym's front desk. Jill's social life has changed, too. With her newfound confidence, she's having fun dating and meeting new people. "I'm not at home eating cookies on Friday nights anymore," she says.
What Worked for Me
Slim strategy: "I tame my sweet tooth with red grapes, strawberries, blueberries, and apples."
Motivation boost: "Seeing photos of myself at my heaviest, especially my driver's license head shot."
On my fitness bucket list: "To run a full marathon and learn to surf."
Stick-with-it secret: "Weigh yourself once a week to stay on track without obsessing. When I stepped on the scale every day, I got discouraged by normal fluctuations."
Weight-loss reward: "I bought myself a new wardrobe. It was expensive, but I earned it! My new dresses remind me how far I've come every time I wear them."

Two months ago a good friend of mine recommended me a book about how to burn fat without following starving diets, by only changing foods and eating habits without needing excessive exercises. I followed the advices in the book and you would not believe I lost 15 lbs by eating normally but changing only what I need. I am very satisfied with the book and recommend to you as well.
