Alicia's story almost mirrors my own. I actively started my weight loss program a year ago at 190lbs. at 150 the scale would not budge. worked out average 1 1/2 hrs.six days a week. The tips Alicia recieved may work for me. I sometimes miss breakfast. My first meal is sometimes around 1pm. now i'll try eating small snacks which may help boost my metabolism. The scale did budge today to 147lb....Great story Alicia...
