Genevieve's Weight-Loss Plan
The Diet: Breakfast is egg whites with low-fat cheese and fresh berries. Lunch: Stir-fried chicken or beef and vegetables. Dinner: Turkey, vegetables, and a salad. Snacks: Nuts, fruit, and low-fat string cheese.
The Workout: Genevieve does 60 to 90 minutes of cardio (Spinning, kickboxing, running, or aerobics) five days a week and weight-trains three times a week.
Biggest Temptation: Dessert. "I used to finish a whole sheet cake by myself in one sitting. Now I eat sugar-free Popsicles or Jell-O and feel just as satisfied."
What She Couldn't Wait to Wear: Strapless dresses. "I always avoided them because my underarm fat would jiggle; now, they make me feel really feminine."

Hi Genevieve, great looking photo of yours girl.I definitely agree with you that besides regular exercise one needs to take care of their nutritional and dietary intake.I also lost weight recently and to celebrate the moment got a canvas print made of my latest photograph with me weighing in at 135.
