My Diet: "Breakfast is oatmeal and yogurt. Lunch is a frozen light entree. Dinner is grilled chicken, steamed rice, and veggies. I snack on almonds, cottage cheese, and fruit."

My Guilty Pleasure: "Chocolate -- I have to eat some every day! But instead of gooey brownies, I'll eat a small piece of dark chocolate."

My Workout: "Five days a week, I run for 60 minutes and do weights for 60 minutes."

My #1 Motivator: "The adrenaline rush I get from crossing a finish line! After my first race, I was hooked."
