"I can wear any style suit with confidence"

Biggest challenge: "At first I could only do the plank for 10 seconds, but I took some advice from an online chat group we formed -- stop watching the clock and sing a song. That did the trick."

Stay-motivated strategy: "I mixed up the cardio by doing 30 minutes on the bike and 30 more on the treadmill, or 20 each on the elliptical, bike, and treadmill -- it went much faster."

What I loved about this workout: "I used to practically walk through my three-mile jog and wonder why I wasn't seeing results. The intervals made a huge difference. And now I'm using 10-pound weights and love my new definition!"
