i agree, festivelady. the more variety i have in my diet the more i overeat because i can never decide on one thing i want most to eat. if i find something that is healthy and i really love, i tend to eat that almost daily instead of throwing in other options. doing this has made me successful at losing or maintaining my weight.

The best way for me to lose weight is to purchase Lean Cuisines, supplemented with non-fat yogurt and fruit. It's ever so much easier to track calories this way as I think most people have problems with portion control.
