Want to move the number on the scale? You'll need to do some calorie math. Let our weight-loss calculator tell you how quickly you can expect to peel off the pounds.
Losing weight isn't easy but knowing how much activity it takes to lose even 1 pound is great information to start you down the path to lose 5 pounds -- or even 10! Use our application to find out now. It's quick, easy, and -- best of all -- free!
How it works: For every pound you want to lose, you'll need to eliminate 3,500 calories -- through eating less, working out more or, better yet, a combination of the two. The good news? Your body burns energy just by staying alive (each person's amount varies), so cutting a few hundred calories through diet and exercise will be enough to push most people toward a slimmer size.
Not losing weight? You may be underestimating the number of calories you eat in any given day. Track your meals and calculate your calories burned working out using our free Fitness Tracker tool.
Health Disclaimer: We recommend trimming your intake to 1,500 calories per day. Going below that can throw your metabolism out of whack. To drop weight faster, ramp up your activity. You'll burn more energy, which will bump up your calorie deficit. Start with one of our You Can Do It! weight-loss plans to drop 10 pounds in 4 weeks.

3/29/2013 03:50:49 PM Report AbuseThis quiz is silly, for me it didn't even tell me how long it'll take to lose a pound - just that I have to "eat less". There's a much better one here that actually tells you the info. http://freshworkout.com/fatcalculator
