Great information to reinforce my thinking about the holidays! One can enjoy, but as always in moderation, and be sure to get in a workout, first thing in the a.m., otherwise too many excuses if postponed. (I, myself, have been a jogger for over 40 years, raised a family, a grandmother and in my 70's! This has been my mantra my whole life!)
