This urge to eat everything will also pass. But if you give in this time, don't beat yourself up. You are only human.

we actually grow shorter and smaller in general, and we live longer because as science and technology advance we know figure out what's good and what's bad for our bodies. People used to use LEAD to whiten their complexions, for example...!!
