iam taking in less the 1000 and it working it is that i get light headed some times
I have been eating 1230 calories a day. 1971 seem way too much.. I am so confused
to you fitness magazine experts: please re-calculate your system and correct it. the # of calories to be consumed does not compute!
To figure out how many calories you need to lose weight, you take the total Calories and subtract 500 from that to get weight loss and do it 7 days a week, you should lose 1 pound a week.
Not even close...if I eat over 1500 calories/day I gain weight. 2200??? In your dreams!
