I have been eating 1230 calories a day. 1971 seem way too much.. I am so confused
To figure out how many calories you need to lose weight, you take the total Calories and subtract 500 from that to get weight loss and do it 7 days a week, you should lose 1 pound a week.
Not even close...if I eat over 1500 calories/day I gain weight. 2200??? In your dreams!
Woah! This is way too high! Higher than my TDEE even!
