your calculation says i need 2200 calories. i eat 1600. and i stay happy and content with that. should i continue losing weight faster with this intake??
You all have set your metabolism too low by eating so few calories. Its not healthy - you need more calories to get proper nutrition and to have decent muscle. When eat lower calories our bodies begin to expect only that much and then when you eat more you gain weight. You need to retrain your metabolism by eating more and more overtime while maintaining a decent workout plan.
There is no way I can eat the estimated calories without gaining weight. I have been on 1200 per day for 4 weeks, and lost 1 lb per week. So to maintain I would need only 1700..not 1848 as it suggests. However, my experience is that if I eat more than 1500..I gain.
