Lose more fat. Biceps Squared: make sure you keep your arms at shoulder level the entire time. Lower into a deep lunge and curl the dumbbells to your shoulders. Do 5 reps on each side to complete 1 set. Do 3 sets total.
-Lose More Fat: Scoop Squat. Extend arms behind you as high as you can, then step right foot out to the side and lower into a squat as you scoop your arms forward so they're at eye level. Do 10 reps, switch sides, and repeat. Do 3 sets total.
Lose more fat. Running row: Lift your right leg and bend your knees so it's parallel to the floor and keep your left arm extended forward. Then, kick your leg behind you and reach forward with your right arm while you're left arm extends back. Do 10 reps, switch sides and repeat. Do 3 sets total.
