Neck feeling sore? (Ouch!) Try this neck opener stretch which will help relieve tension in your shoulders and neck—and help you relieve stress.

Ladies Home Journal. De-stress at your desk: Neck Opener. Sit up straight on the edge of your chair. with your feet flat on the floor. Reach your left hand behind your back. Hold your left wrist with your right hand. Pull it to the right, keeping your shoulders square. Tilt your head away from your left shoulder. Then look up. Look forward and down. Take 1 full breath in each position. Slowly repeat for 30 seconds. Then switch sides. Tip: To deepen the stretch, press your shoulder down away from your ear. For more, visit:
