Trainer Tells: Should I Do the Same Workout Every Day or Is Muscle Confusion Better?

-Hello, Angela Nesselrode. She has a question and here it goes. She said, Tony, do I muscle confuse or do I do the same repeated motions over and over again, and will that be effective? That's basically the nut of it, I think. So, let me say this. There are no repeated motions in P90X3. There's a pilates and there's a yoga and there's one called the Warrior, one called the Challenge, one's Accelerator, Decelerator, Agility X. You name it. There are 16 of them. They're all very different. And quite often, on the course of a single workout, you'll only see one move once and then another one and then another one and another one. My only hope is that you're willing to show up for an entire 6 days a week for 90 days. If you can do that, cool. Hello, muscle confusion.
