Crossover

The Crossover exercise works your abs, butt and legs.

Quickly tap your right heel to the outside of your left knee, keeping your left leg off the floor throughout, and tap your heel to the right side. Continue crossing your right heel over your left leg for 30 seconds, and switch sides and repeat for 30 seconds. Do two sets total. Quickly tap your right heel to the outside of your left knee, keeping your left leg off the floor throughout, and tap your heel to the right side. Continue crossing your right heel over your left leg for 30 seconds, and switch sides and repeat for 30 seconds. Do two sets total.
