For the next move, I want you to take the towel or you can take a t-shirt and just twist it together and you are gonna actually pull-pull it apart. Okay? So that creates a contraction. You're gonna take your hands behind your back, raise them up to the ceiling keeping the arms straight, come down to the ground and lift your right leg up. Bring it back, reach and back. So there's gonna be lots of momentum happening here. Leg up, drop immediately lift. Kick, drop, lift, reach, kick. And you can do up to 40 of these on each side.
