How to Make Avocado Pops

To make avocado pops; you need two avocados, a lime, water, sugar and salt. You're just gonna bring 1 cup of water and half a cup of sugar to a boil to make a simple syrup. Once outside the chance to cool, you're gonna scoop the flesh of those two avocados into a food processor, you can also use a blender. And you're going to add the simple syrup that you've let cool, and you're gonna add a pinch of salt, and you're gonna purée the whole thing until it's really smooth. Then you're going to squeeze out lime to make 2 tablespoons of lime juice, you're gonna add that to the food processor or the blender. And purée again until you have a really smooth, nice mixture. You may need to scrape down the sides with a spatula. And then you're just gonna pour that into your popsicle molds. I found that this mixture made about five but I filled them pretty foam, If you filled them maybe 3 quarters full, you could probably make all six pops. Sit them in the freezer, they take about five hours to set and once they're frozen, you're just going to run the pop under warm water for a few seconds, and it should slide right out of the popsicle mold. It's that easy.
