She's gonna inhale, flex that left elbow, take that right arm right at to about two o'clock and then she's gonna exhale, draw that ball back. And again, take a big breath. Good. Really think about the left shoulder, hold the belly in, slide the shoulders down, sweep the glutes, and then, one more time. Take a breath and an exhale coming right back to start.
