The Double Jump exercise works your shoulders, core, butt and legs.

With your partner in playing position and feet together, stand behind your feet and then squat. As you jump to your feet out, jump to your feet together. Continue doing a squat jump as your partner does the opposite. Do 20 reps, switch positions and repeat.
