Goalpost Rotation

The Goalpost Rotation exercise works your medial deltoid, rear deltoid and rotator cuff.

Armed and fabulous. Draw your arms back, bending your elbows 90 degrees. Then bring your arms into a goal post position. Then slowly lower your arms to start. Do 10 to 15 times.
