Now, she's gonna take a nice big inhale and on her exhale, she's gonna jump up as fast as she can and click her heels together and then land back into this position. So go ahead and start. Why don't you give us 3 or 4. Perfect. Now she's getting really high off the ground. You do not have to get this high, but it's so beautiful and it's something to aspire for.
