The Break the Board exercise works your butt and legs.

So the first movement of this sequence is called break the board. We'll first do it 4 times, the modified version with a hop, then we'll add a little hop for the advanced version. In 4, 3, 2, right side. Right, left, right, little hop, right, left, right, left.
