Fitnessmagazine.com and Crystal Light Pure Fitness have invited me to New York City to meet up with the bunch of my friends and were gonna try some fitness activities that we've never tried before and I'm really looking forward to it. -Welcome to Crunch Fitness, my name is Serena Jane. We're gonna do belly moves combined with some Indian Bollywood flare. -WhatI love about belly moves combined with some Indian dance is the fact that it's different. The fact that it's a little flary, the fact that you know, your hair can shine out, it's like an overall body, your hands are up in the air. You get to feel like you're in the Indian dance movie. -I loved it. It was great. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be. My calves definitely got tired but I was shaking it. I don't know if I would become a professional belly dancer but it was a really good time. It definitely motivated you to work harder and get your groove on. -So by the end of it, you're gonna feel like a Bollywood queen. -My friends really like the class. They were definitely smiling and laughing and you could tell they were totally getting into it.
